All positions require a valid Colorado Drivers License and good driving record.

Crew Leaders

Responsibilities include ability to lift 80+ pounds safely and work around others and provide safety training to crew.
Supervision and training of crew members.
Productive time management of crew members.
Ability to read plans.
Ability to run all forms of landscape equipment.
Responsible for routine maintenance on vehicles/equipment.
Responsible for design installation of irrigation systems, retaining walls patios, walkways, masonry, wood structures, water features, and lighting.
Possess skills for using a transit and setting grade.
Good knowledge of all species of plant/tree material and proper planting/staking procedures.
Responsible for determining quantities of materials and delivery to site.
Must be responsible, reliable, honest, motivated, and hard working, have a true interest in the landscape profession and be flexible in taking on new tasks, responsibilities.
